Message from Founders

Dear Game Developers of Bangladesh,

 

We are very happy to announce that, we are creating a new entity named “Good Game Idea” in short GGI.

 

Today’s mobile gaming industry has become too much competition. In the beginning we the indie developers could make a game from our passion and get thousands of users with little to no marketing at all. Monetization was also straightforward and easy. So this helped us be inspired to make some quality games and make a living from them.

 

But now we have a lot of big players in the marketplace. We still make a game, but can’t get users organically. Marketing has become too much difficult. There are a lot of places with potential users, but we can’t reach them because of proper guidance, or it’s too difficult for indie developers to look at all the places. Also, marketing investment is very huge and risky. Then again there is monetization optimization and it needs continuous updating according to the user demographic and trend shifting.

 

So what can we do now? We sell our hard worked games to the big publishing company with little to no money with a lot of conditions and they make a huge profit from our ideas. Obviously, most of the time we don’t get the cut, and all of them are from outside of our beloved country.

 

So, what do I want to do with GGI?

 

GGI will publish the games of the indie developers of Bangladesh. How only publish a game can help the developers? Anyone can publish a game to the app store and play store.

But GGI will help developers to make the most of their games. By, optimizing monetization, marketing to the proper audience, helping with QA, feature ideas, connecting with the artists, help from experts if required, providing resources, and many other obstacles that indie developers face. And most of all keeping the IP of the developers.

 

I am personally working in the mobile gaming industry of Bangladesh for almost 11 years. And I have faced all the problems which I have mentioned before. Working alone is not possible at the moment for anyone. I have gathered knowledge through my work life on how to make a game successful. And now it’s my turn to give something to our game developer and artist society.

 

I have found some people to invest in your ideas. We have created a team to work on our side for your ideas and make them popular. If you wish to showcase your game please feel free to contact us. We are waiting for your response. Maybe together we can make something bigger.
